Now the discussion is about whether he will obey this order. Yes, it has come to this.
Lisa Rubin just said that the levels of executive power are being levied by the same people who are talking about flouting court orders. There is no pushback here unless the judiciary can enforce their orders.
Nevertheless, I am glad that we are winning in court and hoping for the best. If the Dems were good at framing, they could really use this and other decisions to emphasize that what they're doing is illegal.
