The bank is CiTiBank ... LIKE WTF !! The comptroller said they ***DID*** used a front account (smartly) and were charged for negative balance ...

This is freakin crazy, it wasn't done with his notice or procedure AFTER 5 days !! Do ... NOT ... trust money the feds give you now.
