....he's talking shit. I mean, all Boehner has left is bluster. How exactly does he plan to implement this strategy?

The current plan was officially rejected. Congress has to take up the payroll tax cut and all he has is nonsensical threats.

Still, it's a good time for the Republicans to be seen as protecting the interest of Big Oil over the interests of the majority of Americans. Congress' approval is heading toward zero. LOL!
