in order to attract the political support of the religious masses. This is simply a charade which in fact orchestrates steps to achieve other goals. I say this both as a religious person who does not wear my religion on my sleeve and a political junkie observing the plays in this arena for decades. These are maneuvers put in place by the likes of Karl Rove, the Koch Brothers and their ilk.

Just my two cents.
