I've seen too many of these in my lifetime to not have sympathy for those who are going through it. It's a horrible, scary thing.
I think too many people today seem to think they're the only ones who ever deserve any help, sympathy, compassion, and understanding. They forget that we're all together in this thing called Life, and that we are all deserving of support and love, no matter what the circumstances. I'm embarassed when people act that way.
I hope your friends are okay, and I'm sorry for the destruction at your school. I'm not overly fond of my alma mater these days, but I'd be devastated if something like that happened to it.
