incorrect assumption that if there was domestic abuse, Jodi would by definition be the victim. But it is the exact opposite: she is the one who engaged in abusive behaviors, including the murder. But, leading up to that day, she had engaged in numerous behaviors that show she was the abusive person in that relationship.
