4. Meh - Traffic Dept.

The worst job at a station(s) is the traffic director - who has sales reps constantly hanging around - do this, do that. As a former media buyer who then worked in radio - these kinds of mistakes happen. You can't bill a client for ads they specifically requested not to be in a show. The client could a) not pay for those ads, or b) get a bunch of make up ads to make up for the mistake.

It's been a while, but I would think ads that run on the internet(s) streams are either bonus or minimal in price due to the small audience.

No conspiracy here.
