and tarnish to their image/brand, a company who has expressly stated they do not want their ads airing during Rush's shows has a good case for a lawsuit. A bunch of makeup ads may not always be adequate compensation for the PR nightmare the company may face. The company has to explain to their customers that the advertising appeared in error. That may satisfy one set of customers, but might ignite protest from customers that enjoy Rush's crappy show.
