Now the next question is...

Those 5 officials you noted are not direct participants in gaining intel, correct?

So when Powell claimed the existence of those WMD trailers, was he lying? Or was he referring to part of a report he was given by sources that he trusted? Can you accuse someone of lying when they are relying on what they are told by others?
