(37,364 posts)26. Thank you for your reasoned response. I do believe that on DU
spying has become the catch-all word. I do believe that law must be made to take into account new technologies and forms of communication. I also believe that propagandizing is not only the tool of the government, hence the interminable back and forth arguing and drill down on details on both sides. And it is happening with both sides.

Why do you need to ask? We have lots of laws that cover legitmate spying on enemies.
