Then the court will shift back.

But the republican party wants a race riot, which is why all the racist stuff has happened.

They can't win any other way.

If they ruled against it, it would be sent back to congress.

Doesn't common sense say more than ever, straight democratic voting everywhere to insure a democratic congress?

Unless one is against minorities, why would anyone want to vote a republican into office at that time?

and wouldn't the correct protest at that time be at the states with republican leaders...

especially the ones who will be fearful of their reelection in 2014.

I would bet the house won't go through with it, and it would leave 2016 to stand as it is now without change as it would be pending a change, which wouldn't come

Why is the instinct to want to destroy everything with a riot???
Anarchy at this time is the exact wrong thing (and it showed in 1968 what a riot did...it elected Nixon and the court shifted because of that badly.)
