4. Every criminal was law abiding up until they broke the law

That's kind of a weird tag to hang on gun criminals. Manson was a law abiding citizen up until he committed his first crime. Ted Bundy was a law abiding citizen right before he killed his first... Nobody has a criminal record until they are found guilty of their first crime.
