In this case, I actually witnessed a "debate" on Fox framed precisely in the terms of the CAPTION. It may have been less than a segment and it wasn't on Kelly's show.

I can't remember but it was on a segment featuring a talk with an "expert" who strongly maintained his position of which of Obama's actions came out of insanity and which out of evil. I had simply had to place it in someone mouth who was decently well known. . . . And then closely followed with "fair and balanced" to emphasize the hypocrisy. But the hypocrisy is already there in the original segment! It gets extremely difficult to satirize the laughably stupid and meanly malicious.
