In reply to the discussion: Mitt Romney: "The Trees Are the Right Height" [View all]catbyte
(34,367 posts)38. Now it's powdered sugar
Here's part of his amazingly awkward speech:
"...the white powder or the white sugar, powdered sugar, that's the word, powdered sugar on top of the pazcki (pooch-key) reminded me of what's going on outside, how beautiful it is. Michigan looks so beautiful when the snow comes with a fresh powdered sugar all over everything."
WTF? Psssssssst, Mitt, old pal, we Michiganders just call it snow, not "powdered sugar all over everything."
He's like an alien programmed to act like a human but something's just a little off.

Our trees are nice, but our beer is great. If you have time, visit some of our great breweries

Chop, chop, chop...I think that he is evoking the spirits of the lumber barons!

I love roads (for the cars). I love pavement (for the roads). Hey, this is fun!

If Mitt loves cars, shouldn't he love roads also? Does he love roads more than trees and lakes?
