78. 60 cents of every dollar does not go to the defense budget.

Its actually about 20 cents; around 4% of GDP. I'm sure there are some "other" expenditures, but it still doesnt approach .60.
But I agree with most of your other points. We dont win anything in this except to slap russia and iran in the face. Which they need, but some other way.....
