So basically they are grasping at the straws of Washington's usual business and spinning it very, very hard. The article also actually criticizes the patriot act and the NDAA! ...as tools of a socialist dictatorship.

It's the fevered dreams of people that know something is terribly wrong, but have no idea what it is... but it probably has something to do with dark people and socialists. Whatever boogeymen they've been hearing about from their parents, who fell for the same crap.
