Would she really be surprised if there was a shitstorm about a post saying "I haven't eaten an animal product for ten years, what's your excuse?" Or "I'm wrinkle-free at 70, what's your excuse?" How about "I get laid all the time, what's your excuse?" or "I've never had an unwanted pregnancy, what's your excuse?"
Physical fitness is a choice. It's not something people should be "shamed" about either choosing or not choosing.
When did the standard become "If you're not training for an iron man competition, you must be a lazy slob who needs to be shamed into conforming with societal standards of "fitness""? Some people have other priorities and that's fucking fine. It's their life.
