That is a huge, huge difference.

They were destructive. But it was the police who had the guns, not the folks with Guy Fawkes masks.

And I believe the folks in the US who wore Guy Fawkes masks and were destructive had been attacked by the police for demonstrating prior to the violence.

This guy apparently did not wear a mask of any kind and came with a gun.

I don't recall people with Guy Fawkes masks being arrested with guns. I don't recall people with Guy Fawkes masks shooting at anyone.

Do you?
