egg McMuffins and pancakes because the line was long. I understand the frustration-- been there many times with similar things. But, if you argued the point with the employee, you were arguing with someone who was paid very little to follow orders not be a corporate PR person. No doubt there was a line getting longer as you were making your point.

And then you admit you were unused to both kids and McD when you made the mistake of hitting the place during the lunch rush. I don't doubt that in either case someone could, or should, have helped you out, but it's entirely your business if these experiences turned you off of the place forever. It does not mean, as some here would say, that they make McDonalds a Satanic invention to ensure our bad nutrition and health and an early grave.
