74. No, I did not argue with the employees

They were throwing out the same breakfast items I wanted to order - I could not see the logic in not letting me have an Egg McMuffin when they had them visible in the back just because an arbitrary time limit had passed. I ordered, the employee was rude in telling me that it was too late. I pointed out that there were still the McMuffins on the warming tray. She told me they were being thrown out and that I had to order something else.. I left. No argument, just a really bad attitude from the employee.

With the kids, I was nice to the employee, but the employee kept yelling at the kids to hurry up and order which did not help them make their choices. I told the employee to let the next person ahead of us, but she YELLED at us that if she did that, we had to go to the end of the line. At that point we did step out of the line, I helped the boys make their choices and sent them to the table with my husband while I waited in line again. When I got back to the front of the line, the employee was again rude, interrupting me and making it difficult to give the order. It didn't help that she got the order wrong and that I had to again wait in line, and get the order re-done.

I said nothing about their bad nutrition or anything of that sort. Overall, my experiences at McDonald's have demonstrated their poor customer service and mediocre food, starting when my grandmother would "treat" us with going to one in the 1950s. No visit to McDonald's has ever been worth the money - except when I've used their restrooms without buying a thing.
