59. I think that we have a semantic discontinuity

If we can agree that there are many other kinks that one would be closeted about, than being nominally gay, then we can get past the "homophobic" part.

For instance, Rep. Vitter being in a closet because of his affection for diaper training, or Ted Nitwit being a baby-raper who disgusts his own daughters.
