2. Sorry, no advice, but....

I can empathize. We are the only ones in our rural "neighborhood" to refuse to sign a lease for fracking. And there is a natural gas pipeline going through here, only a couple of miles away. Sunoco is acquiring their land by eminent domain! The property owners got attorneys, but the case is on-going. It's not going to be easy.
