I don't think she has the intellectual capacity to truly understand what the office of Vice President or President entails. She wasn't competent as the mayor of a small town and her term as Governor of Alaska seemed to be managed by others. She may have thought in the dim recesses of her empty brain that she was a viable candidate.

And of course, when it became clear she was not even able to be a candidate much less hold the office, it couldn't possibly be HER fault! After all, John McCain and his political team had picked HER and they couldn't be wrong! It had to be that evil liberal press.
