(4,713 posts)52. My mother-in-law has your attitude, only in reverse. She cannot be friends with those
who she considers liberal because they (her words) "support killing babies". We have often talked about it and she says since they are harming people and destroying lives she will not keep quiet about it.
I am not conflating the two arguments logically. I am trying however to make a point about how 'outrage' based on your own way of seeing things can make one less than fun to be around.
