68. i agree...that's how they are trying to spin it

but the fact remains: zimmerman clearly initiated the confrontation, that's clear from the 911 tapes. i don't see how he can claim he was afraid when he had the option to stay in his car, as the 911 dispatcher told him to do. whatever happened, it is clear that zimmerman escalated the situation needlessly.
