The dog tied to the car roof guy. The guy who ran after and hit people with a baseball bat in his wonder years. That guy who keeps whole binders full of of women's names. That Mormon guy who wears holy underwear and baptizes dead people in a temple because a Prophet who translated tablets that angels gave him by looking into a magic hat with magic glasses told him to. You know, that guy.
