14. Impeachment is easy for a Republican House. Conviction, not so easy.

Because, if they impeach Obama while his approval-ratings are high,

? They're not especially high right now, but that should not affect impeachment anyway, one way or the other. Either they have reason to impeach or they don't. That's all that should guide them. Sadly, the motives of our elected representatives are not always that....unmixed. More often than not, their guiding principle is feathering their own nests.
