The well groomed teleprompter reader,
blue blood son of a New England death cult frat-boy with his fake texas accent,
marketed to the masses as the guy you'd like to have a beer with. It was that marketing machine
and the associated think tanks who are responsible for your top five list, not tongue tied W.
To credit W. with those things is like crediting Mickey Mouse with the corporate excesses of Disney.
The only way we can truly damn him to the past is to be clear on the fact that he was just a cartoon character
and that the animators are still very much employed.
