In addition to the medical team of doctors and nurses, we have at least one Physician Assistant.

You forgot to mention the vacant lot on Lounge Street which used to be the site of the Lounge Grotto. A no-holds-barred meeting place for scantily-clad (and un-clad) residents looking for erotic adventures. After a few months of joyous debauchery, it was closed down by the town fathers, demolished, and then paved over.
