almost always invokes change..
if you look back at all the major labour struggles from the 1900s until the 1940s (and then the civil rights movement later)..
youll notice that people got hurt..
that doesn't mean that we have to be the aggressors or the attackers (and lord knows im not advocating that)..
but some folks on our side have to be willing to be injured (and possibly killed) for the causes they believe in..
if not, we'll never get the change we want and NEED....
I dunno if you had noticed, but weve tried this 'get sprayed in the face and taken to jail' tactic for the last 25-30 years.. hasn't really been working out for anyone (except the police getting lots of money thru fines)..
