Thin-skinned is when somebody makes a joke and you take it personally. But Anonymous doesn't take anything personally. None of their actions are undertaken in defense of their own reputation. Everything they do is directed at bloated corporate power, fossilized institutions, abusive cops, overly-intrusive security firms, and people who harm pussycats.

That's not thin-skinned.
