11. The one thing I like best about not having a TV

is no commercials. Or almost none. I definitely never see political commercials, which makes my life much more pleasant.

And it's not as though I don't watch commercial TV shows, I just watch them on the internet in some way.

When I'm in a hotel I'll turn on TV for a bit, and invariably can only put up with about 30 minutes before I have to turn it off.
