environment goes, and with this bunch voted in, we will not see any progress or acknowledgement of the env problem. So, what next?

There is little to do except position yourself and your family for the worst. It's obvious that anyone who can get into office in this country will be pub or pub-lite (I'm looking at you, Hillary), so the problem will never be solved. The human race will die back to a few hundred million who will live like peasants while the remainder of the rich rule them viciously. Just in case you didn't know, the rich are looking forward to this because they truly think this is the way society should be run.

Frankly, an asteroid would be the easy way out.
