This is all assuming the grand jury won't charge him.
He still could get indicted

Shooting MR Brown from 20 or 25 feet away isn't an easy thing to explain
even if he did try to grab his gun when struggling through the window.

MR Brown was already wounded and it seems highly unlikely after running away
he had this idea to turn and charge Wilson
