The law is working as intended (or maybe better) and the Republicans are literally salivating for SCOTUS to try to remove subsidies, which would effectively take many people back to having unaffordable premiums if they weren't lucky enough to be born in/currently reside in one of the 14 states to have created their own state health insurance exchange- all over a stupid drafting error that any sane and/or intelligent individual would still understand the legislative intent behind.
Republicans just can't stand anybody helping people less fortunate than them.
