Couldn't hurt to pump up the Vitamin D....
Maybe take a vacation to a sunny spot and see if that helps?

I've had decent results with the Sarna, too. I don't know what's in it that does the trick.

If you go to the ER with an allergic reaction...the first thing they do is a shot of Benadryl

I have had a histamine reaction to cold on my skin, ends up as hives. Histamine reactions are weird
