The reference is used in the context of right wing craziness.

To them, Obama is a muslimkenyancommunist who wants to take everyone's guns, establish America as a Muslim caliphate and implement Sharia law while throwing all non-believers in FEMA camps so their organs can be harvested.

But conservatives are on to him...
