I get an annual (required) refresher of CPR, with or without an AED.

The changes made a few years ago are still "difficult" for me to mentally adjust to, after years of the old system...bottom line though, quick action, call for help and circulate the oxygen.

I've only done breathing once, many years ago...unfortunately he did not survive.
