2. Predatory lending & austerity brought the problems. Germany probably won't show the forgiveness

they were shown after Hitler's rampage. So, it is not likely they would show any compassion, esp. since they are one of the economically prospering nations due to the policy of austerity, that breeds nothing but neo-nazis and continues debt slavery for a nation of people that had no choice in what was dealt to them and continue to reel from unbearable consequences.

Austerity is a known failed policy, but like shock doctrine, the winners and the losers are known at the start of the game.

You may as well ask if the US will pay reparations for its own slavery, or the near genocide of American Indians, or the rounding up of Japanese Americans after Pearl Harbor.
