Doesn't work AT ALL. All those various Parties have to compromise in order to get anything done, and that's messy and rarely progressive. The Netherlands has a parliamentary system, and the various political Parties from PETA-like parties to conservative have to find common ground and compromise.

No different than what Democrats and Republicans have to do in Congress today, only, less messy and muddied.
