Not a week goes by where there isn't a story about these imbecile fucksticks "mistakenly" killing someone, raiding/destroying the wrong house, arresting and brutalizing the wrong people or committing other inexcusable mayhem against the innocent. Ferns and fungi are apparently smarter.

Just innate stupidity and acting out adolescent power fantasies? Roid rage? Targeted assholery? The kkkop mentality? All of the previous?
