I'm going to put together some "Care packages" (I'm old enough to remember the organization C.A.R.E.).
I'm going to give these out when I encounter desperate people on the corners in Iowa City (which is often).
Why not? This is an easy and thoughtful thing that many of us can do to relieve the plight and suffering of the most misfortunate.
Thanks Willy...for me, you have made a difference beyond the act of compassion and kindness you shared.
