11. Police Departments are well versed in Psychological Operations

I'll give you an example:

They'll do a raid, shoot some unarmed guy downstairs, search the house, find a loaded gun hidden in a bed upstairs then tell that media something like "During the process of serving a search an officer involved shooting occurred, Officers did recover a loaded handgun." then they'll talk about the victim's background "He had multiple arrests for something or other".

This is classic psyop/misdirection that's why you should never ever believe a story that says they "found a gun nearby" or "recovered a weapon" but never explain where it was or if it was in possession of the person they shot.

Its all about getting a narrative out and smearing the victim so the story can die down.
