(32,886 posts)Lets start with the drone strikes.
There are multiple UN Resolutions against Al Qaeda defining them as terrorists and international criminals and requiring states to take a number of actions against them, freezing their assets, etc.

The UN and international justice agencies are thus hardly going to look at a state taking military action against them, particularly the US who has been on the receiving end of multiple attacks by them, as a war crime.
Anyone suspected of aiding or abetting them in any way is breaking international law and is thus also a criminal.
What crime do you think the US has committed? An unprovoked war of aggression? As the UN resolutions and prior attacks by Al Qaeda conclusively indicate, its not unprovoked. Do you think the collateral injuries or deaths constitute a war crime? They don't. During shock and awe in 2003, multiple people wrote to various UN governing bodies suggesting that the collateral damage and injuries and deaths from those attacks constituted war crimes. The UN wrote back that for an attack to constitute a war crime on those factors, the injuries and deaths would have to be massively out of proportion to the potential military value of the targets.
So that doesnt work for you either.
You can't invent crimes that fit things you don't like. You have no basis for your accusations.
