60. Yes, loving kindness and compassion are built into our human nature

if we choose to cultivate it and nurture it. And then, we have to actually actualize thoughts of compassion and loving kindness in the world. The RW fundies are focused on punishing sinners, but forgiveness -- eh, not so much. They come across to me as self-righteous and judgemental -- and there's plenty of Jesus parables about not judging (stoning the adultress) and self-righteousness (don't pray in public.
