bar has been set very low. There are very few truly gifted speakers in recent years, in American politics. Quite obviously, President Obama is outstanding in his ability to communicate.He is one of the most gifted speakers in our nation's history, and that's not limited to politicians. But there isn't anyone else who ranks high, even among politicians.
