Hate is a tree who's roots are ignorance. Because we see ourselves as small, limited and needy, we pursue things we think will make us happy and hate things that cause us discomfort.

It's a more difficult road not to hate, but when you take it, you feed your soul. Hate is just empty calories. I'd rather have a beer and tacos than 25 packets of sugar.
