...announced that Science and the Church were concerned with different domains and were not contradictory. A flowering of scientific discovery and progress resulted. Around the same time the Muslim world decided that science was not compatible with Islam, and the Muslim world slipped into their own Dark Age. If American Evangelicals had their way, we'd do the same right now.
