The article, at the link you give, starts "By Vanessa Beeley Source: 21st Century Wire As US and NATO propaganda reaches another crescendo in Aleppo ...". And the YouTube video also gives the link to the same 21stcenturywire artlcle that is on LiveLeak.

If you base your video on 21stcenturywire stuff, it's useless. The connection to RT makes it even less credible on Syria.
