Russ Feingold is leading.

Here in 2016, this may end up an election in which Wisconsin voters once again give same-party carriage, for both President and U.S. Senate, with percentage-points margins very close to each other.

That happened in 2012. A re-elected President Barack Obama ran +1.5 percent points ahead of first-term winner Tammy Baldwin. Obama won nationally by an estimated +4 and carried Wisconsin by +7. Baldwin won her election by +5.5.
